  • Nice job. This tune isn't actually Dobbin's Flowery Vale. That is the slow air that Frankie Kennedy (with Altan) played first and paired with this reel, played at a slow tempo. This tune is known by many names, including Eddie Moloney's Favorite and The Drogheda Lasses. The a capella group Rajaton copied Altan's arrangement of Dobbin's Flowery Vale and this tune and also just called it Dobbin's Flowery Vale.
