@calfan3 One of the cops recognized him as the guy that blew through a roadblock the morning before and fired four shots at him from the rear. The wounded driver stopped at which point they performed bullet bukkake on the unresponsive driver. During the bukkake several bystanders were hit, cameras were confiscated (including a TV camera), and it didn't stop there. They shot up a couple more innocent drivers a few blocks away, including the fire captain.
