the name of the band is Kick Axe but in the cover of the soundtrack the are listed as spectre general becasue the had some leagal problems withe the us :S and the made only two songs for by this name .

Genuine hack? That's sort of an oxymoron.

But basically, you have to turn the song into a .ogg file, then use a program to plot notes for the song, then upload it to Guitar Hero 2. It's not easy at all, and I give props to ANYBODY that can make a decent song.
