I've never tried a longer shaft driver like they use. It probably takes a whole new sync in timing. I tried a larger grip on Kelly Murray's advice but lost clubhead speed. I must have lost some torque speed. I cracked my first 400 yard drives from studying a Mike Dunaway article. Unfortunately, I'm too old and too wrecked to do it any more.

I totally see how he can do it. I am left handed and golf right handed. I have hit balls over 400 also. The trick is to lead with the left arm not the right. I can smack a singlehanded backhand in tennis over 100 mph from playing different sports. Lots of baseball, hockey, etc. I've seen this with several people, where golfing off the opposite side produces more lead arm speed.

This guy is unreal! I did not realize it was him only 1 year after I had seen him at Orange County in Orlando. I have never never never seen someone have such a powerful transition like JS. ITs unfucking real. I was 2 years away from him facing him. I could laterally not see the whole flight of his ball. Just amazing. He was almost hitting the people on the other side of the range.
