Sweet is right. I got vista too and my laptop can run my sims with all 6 expansions plus 2 stuff packs rather smoothly. This expansion was one of my favorites, along with seasons and nightlife

you need at least to 256 mb of RAM to play, so re-check your statistics. besides, the MINUMUM of RAM windows xp provides is 128 mb, while most computers come 256 mb RAM standard.

Try looking for reviews for university and open for business, they will tell you the pros and cons of the expansion packs. Reviews always help me decide which pack I should get.
