I have to admit, This is better than some of the other "Get to the cake without cheat" Videos. Which are all fake. This is is actually not a fake video, however he does abuse a glitch in this video that no longer works. As the title says.

This is the ONLY real way to get to the cake in-game. The other ways involve cheating, and you're not supposed to be getting to the cake anyways so glitching is the only way.

there is no secret door. Those videos that tell you to do this, this and that to magically get ported to the top of the red exhaust thing are all products of video editing. They're trying to trick noobs, the "real" way to do it is the one above, and the only alternative is noclipping out of the level.

Sure there's no sv_cheat or noclip, but wouldn't you count that "make a portal anywhere" thing in the 360 version a cheat? Just because you're not flying to the cake room, that doesn't mean you're not cheating. The fact that you're going outside the maps already says that there's cheating involved. Hehe, I haven't even played the game yet either. I have the game, just haven't played it yet. I'll look forward to the cake.

actually i use a thing called the portal bumping glitch, which was patched when it came out on xbox, so you cant do it on xbox. but this was done on a PC so no cheats involved, only glitches! although there is a xbox version that uses the edge glitch to do this :P

its legit i did although much simpler (theres a way to glitch of the map much later, make it easier....). in some places, sometimes it does not let you move, but yyou mostly can move around...

its called the edge glitch, which is a known and accepted glitch that many people use in official speed runs and such, so no cheating involved, just a clever use of portal mechanics!
