@leilaali789 His slight "chubbynes" is more normal than someone who's completely slim. Hence, it imparts a more "real" feeling. I guess, which is generally lacking considering Bollywood movies are usually escapist in nature.

I love this movie! Just saw it last night...and love it!! Aishwarya Rai isn't that annoying in this movie. :)
