This is so historical...this is the second year of UAPB switch from military/core style marching. The girl in the middle is Veronica LeGrand the first female drummajor at UAPB and the first head drummajor of UAPB as a HBCU style marching drummajor. Although I went to Southern, i finished high school at Pine Bluff High. She should be an icon for female HBCU drummajors. She may have been the first HBCU drummajor....not sure though
