Kadour  Ziani has the highest recorded vertical of 60 inches. But i dunno if you can say he's white. He's arabic (indigenous) and French Algerian from what i've read. If you consider him white just cuz his skin color is more fair then whatever. He's nice, but with that vertical you'd expect him to do more with his dunks.

that's not that amazing. i am 5'10 and have a 42in vertical, and i can dunk, but nothing fancy. you can try working out your legs by running stairs. that's how i do it. and.. i'm asian.
