Does US Army Nurses do the same thing as British Nurses (meaning, do they go outside the wire like they do in this video) What specaility do I have to be to do this?

I notice that this is the Bristish Army. Does the US Army have something like this? I want to be a nurse and I would want to do something like with the US Army.
