2) The subtitles have nothing to do with what they really are saying in the video.
In fact, the stupid subtitles make this video lame.
3) These car repair men just took some homeless guy (or any random alcoholic) and made this prank.
4) there's also no Vodka. They were drinking cheap beer (from big plastic bottles,with 10 % or more alcohol). I guess you can find those only in Russia and some parts of eastern Europe, so western people don't know what that is... :)
