Nevertheless, if she could see that Japan themselves learn their lesson a long time ago, the reason i say this is that they already build walls of height which is supposed to block the tsunami but it was greater than their expected. That's why now the whole world is concerned about this problem now, especially those countries with nuclear reactors, located near the natural disaster plates. how is it that green climate change relates to earthquake and others. Nevertheless, if she could see that Japan themselves learn their lesson a long time ago, the reason i say this is that they already build walls of height which is supposed to block the tsunami but it was greater than their expected. Japan engineers did their best and it was not their fault. I would wonder if Malaysia were to be under the wrath of mother nature.(what would she say)

i'm definitely not a fan of this lady, but after hearing her own words, no where did she equate the disaster to japan's fault (as the info suggested). all she said was this was a good lesson for countries including ours to consider cleaner technology (instead of nuclear probably). which is true!

I can't assume that she is referring to any of them. But if I give her the benefit of doubt that she is referring to the nuclear meltdown, then her answer is completely acceptable.
The only reference to the earthquake and the tsunami is in the title, which comes from whoever posted this video, not her.

Well first of all Japan knows that they are the most leading technology and engineering country so they should plan all the aspect regarding the natural disaster their country experience and as a leading and most innovative country they should probably figured out the solution and ways to channel the natural disaster from claiming it as DISASTER to ADVANTAGE. That's why now the whole world is concerned about this problem now, especially those countries with nuclear reactors, located near the natural disaster plates.
