  • Its just really hard to do

  • sagat se parece a stewie de family guy.....

  • block the projectile or FADC and you're safe!!

  • @aliessa93

You cant block it, it is unblockable, that is soft of the point.

  • DOES IT REALLY WORK? :O

  • 2:26 Says "Bonus".

  • Can any tell me if i should get sf4 b/c i don't know if i would be good at it? Like i'm good at mortal kombat and i wanna play sf but the controls look hard. Should i get it??

  • @MortalKombat313 If it's your first time playing street fighting games. I'd just suggest sticking with mortal kombat...

  • @nazeres1 So if someone wants to try a series they've never played, you're telling them never to play it?

  • @23Sirus23 i'm not saying never to play it, i'm saying i suggest not do. Because it's hard switching between the two games

  • @MortalKombat313 I say you should. I play ALOT of fighting games. Street fighters not hard to get the hang of, but instead, you're trying to get the hang of your favorite character if anything. Since some are simple and some take a while.

  • @skuddstevens But if they block the projectile they can block the ultra. DUH!

  • is the projectile hitting behind the opponent the thing that makes it unblockable?

  • @jmastaflash1000 Yes. The projectile crosses up, which beats their block state and puts them in hitstun, preventing them from blocking the Ultra.

  • @skuddstevens The projectile definitely does not cross up.

  • all unblockables ? thats all blockable..... so i dont know whats with with this particular vid..

  • @SFIVsoundSRK Typical scrub with SRK in your name. Learn to play fighting games.

  • @Tremuoso chances are ive been playing them since befor you were born.

  • @SFIVsoundSRK Then its a shame you've learned nothing in all that time. Street Fighter 2 didn't even exist before I was born.

  • @SFIVsoundSRK Then its a shame you've learned nothing in all that time. Street Fighter 2 didn't even exist before I was born.

  • @SFIVsoundSRK I'd like to know how you figure a crossup fireball linked into an Ultra is -at all- blockable.

  • SF4 died way too quickly.

  • Biffotasty, I'm really happy that you made this video and I'ma let you finish, but Shao Khan had the best unblockable combos of all time. All time. ALL TIME.

  • Nothing for Dudley? Hmm.... No air dom and not much defense. Its okay. Not it is NOT okay.

  • @warrengonline you do realize that was vanilla SF4 right

  • @EliteGamersAlliance Oh. okay. I guess when my ranks videos are uploaded with Ryu, Ken, Dudley and Akuma 'avoiding' such displayed situations about 30% will be considered 'Avoidable'.

My original post was for improvements for Dudley.

  • does any one here know popular sf4 or video game forum where you can buy/sell stuff ?

  • Is this even remotely practical in a real match? I MUST TRY IT IN TRAINING MODE!

  • What does "omake" mean before he does his final combo?

  • @LarssonKarlsson I believe おまけ means 'something additional', or 'bonus'. Not too sure tho :) Need to catch up on my Japanese.

  • @saltzifyable hehe if u say so :P i've recently started :)

  • @saltzifyable-'おまけ' means bonus.

  • to bad u cant do all that without the infinite rage meter lmao fail

  • Do Unblockables still work in Super SF4 or the only work in SF4?

  • seth is gay...

  • the fact that it cant be block is the canceling of the camera angle when you do an ultra...

  • Man... that Sakura one where the string of hits (starting with the FA) is totally unblockable and she takes down Seth's ENTIRE life bar... wtf?

  • I don't get it. Is it some sort of meaty projectile attack on wakeup? I've tried countless hadoukens on wakeup with the AI on block, and it either misses or blocks. Either that, or the people commenting here probably missed the whole point of the video. Since the video DOES say "don't hold back", guess there's no "unblockable" thing on this video at all.

  • The video is really awesome and everything and i get the idea of the unblockables still i couldn't even do one single unblockable while playing even in training

I would really appreciate and advice.

  • this music does not match the intensity of this fight...

  • i think it's super cool that the game stops working during the googley-eyes shit :: sigh ::

  • Soooo, is any1 using this in tournament play?

  • 1:51 is nice.

  • there where changes in the system?

I mean, cancel a special move do another and in combo a ultra combo

you can do close to that in 3rd strike, but you have o change the system

  • Nice !!

Was good to see these in action in casual matches today.

    I respect that!

  • This would never work....why would they get hit by the projectile when they are blocking?

  • @619kammy because the ultra animation unblocks them for a single frame and then the projectile hits at that exact moment.

  • @PowerClutch0 but would that were for a character like akuma when you are to use his aerial projectile. im just curious cause ive been trying to pull it off never worked

  • @KakHatake900 it technically could, but raging demon is a grab that activates on 5 frames of collision,so it can't combo,it only worked as a combo on guy in super because he was bugged to where you can combo into a grab as he was crouching. his ultra 2 could work, but then again they could just crouch and take the hit and dodge the ultra 2 in super.

  • I'm laughing at this.

  • This is actually no threat to competitive gameplay as it requires you to do a 1-frame combo where they don't use a move with invincibility on wake-up OR backdash on wake-up. They also HAVE to do certain setups to it because distance between you and the opponent matters when you do these setups.

  • @RainbowRandolf I'm sorry, how does this pose no threat in competitive gameplay? I mean, normally, competitive gameplay doesn't have random wake-ups (if any at all), especially at distance (which is needed for these 1-frame fireball links). And at that distance, nobody's backdashing either. As for the setups, none of them seem inconceivable, and some of them more than likely, particularly Seth.

  • @Uohz It's a 1-frame fireball link. If anyone can pull them off with people screaming their heads off then they deserve respect. Impossible to pull off under pressure, and even less likely to be pulled off because of factors like slow wakeup and that they're easily telegraphed because they have to be used after certain moves. Seth's Sonic Boom after throw? What good Seth doesn't backdash after one of those? Obv.

  • @RainbowRandolf I agree that we'll probably never actually see one of these happen, but that doesn't mean I won't be trying these online in SSF4. Also, against Guile, Seth backdashing after his command-grab is pointless. Nothing Guile does as he is getting up could possibly hit you.

  • @Uohz I don't mean to say that they'll never be used, but the factors that won't make them connect are things that people have to take into account. Every once in a blue moon we might see one connect in a tournament, and that'll be a pretty awesome moment.

  • whats the songs title?

  • @xSlimJimmx. It's called 'dame ni suru'.

  • i hate how it only works for ppl with projectiles. also i heard its easy to get out of so anyone know an exp. where a character can get out of that unblockable. hopefully capcom fixes this in the final version of SSF4

  • does anyone know the song of this video?

  • Wouldn't wake up time affect the timing? If you're not pressing anything, you wake up slower, and if you mash or something, you wake up faster right? so as long as we can play with that, we can avoid it right? Sigh* i saw ryu's unblockable m. shoryuken. I hope they patch this.

  • @MyBigTyrano These are untechable knockdown setups, so you can't quick get up.

  • Just think how much the 3S players will hate on SF4 now! LOL.

  • Heh, "Don't Hold Back." Clever. I think that actually explains it somewhat.

  • wow just wow

  • Thanks for introducing me to Calcius Repton. Their stuff really works for me!

  • Very nice! Nice pick for the music too.

  • is it unblockable even if you block on wake up? i dont understand, sorta meaty fireball fadc ultra? wtf?

  • is it unblockable even if you block on wake up? i dont understand, sorta meaty fireball fadc ultra? wtf?

  • Has anyone confirmed if this actually works vs player? I heard they didn't fix this in Super -_- I don't wanna have to apply learning and avoiding this gay shit just so I can counter every online asshole that does this.

  • @JCrest87 It works vs player. However, applying this online probably won't happen since this requires frame perfection (lol lag). And in any case, even if it does, there are escape options, such as using a move that gives invincibility on wakeup (odds are, you're already doing this on wakeup from time to time), or (I think) back stepping.

  • @DarkNinjaT Oh okay so things like EX moves and Backdash can still escape this. Good to know, basically this "Unblockable setup" will only work on people who basically don't move.

  • @JCrest87 You don't need to know how to do anything other than backdash. If you see it coming, just back dash and you will dash into the projectile, avoiding the ultra. At least, that's what works for countering Rose.

  • @Rorshock520

But then it becomes a mindgame. if the Rose were to predict your backdash then she could delay it a second and get you coming out of it. the biggest point is that there is no way for the character on the receiving end to come out on top, ,just neutral, or getting hit

  • what is this faggotry? the games testers fail

  • thye better fix this in super ¬_¬

  • @BLASTTHEFOOL confirmed that it isn't fixed in Super

  • @ogredanhibiki

    oh shit :(

    ill just mash dragon lol

  • @BLASTTHEFOOL I think I remember reading that some of the unblockables can be backdashed to lower how effective they are, because they will cause you to fall down and make the ultra whiff. Doesn't work for everyone though (example: Seth's Ultra Unblockable is unavoidable for 3 characters in the game). It's kinda complicated, because not everyone's unblockable (those who have it I mean) works the same way.

  • @ogredanhibiki it's not fixed cause they didn't know abou this, the unknown glitches will carry on in SSFIV. they probably fix this via patch.

  • @ThePsychoCrusher89 any reason this is directed at me? I knew that it wasn't fixed already, said so in a previous comment. (unless this was supposed to be directed to someone else)

  • probably wasn't directed to you, sorry dude

  • It's alright, I was just a little confused.

  • pardon my ineptness, can you EX srk to escape that on wake up?

  • i dont understand, whats stopping you from blocking the intial fireballs???

  • @Hypster123 The "googly-eyes" at ultra flash apparently makes you unable to block for 1 frame. So even if you block, your facial expression during the ultra flash makes the fireball hit, and then the ultra.

  • @biffen500 got it, thanks!

  • can't say i like "unblockables", but the title was genius and I love that your album art is a Saturn game

  • Block at the Ultra flash apparently works on anything that can be blocked normally.

  • Put an annotation or something to explain those are the unblockable things, so we will avoid HURR U CAN BLOCK U NOOB

  • are theese the unblockable wakeups?

  • Yes.

  • WTF, look at Sagat's face at 0:21, 0:28 and 2:17. Freakin' hilarious.

  • loooool...should have known you'd be rinsing these! Good stuff dude
