  • I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia/ cfs/arthritis. My vitamin D level was 16. I was started on 50,000IU Dec 2010, it was raised to 100,000 IU In Feb 2011. I'm still on it! Last check it was 32. Why is it taking so long to come up? Do ppl with fibro use it more than others for some reason? I was sooo sick but feel a lot better with the script plus clean eating!

  • Synthetic is a no no.

  • Dr John Cannell of The Vitamin D Council recently told me

that vitamin D helps to lower liver enzymes (ALT, AST) to

the normal range. I take 5,000 IU per day of oil-based D-3

and I'm at 46 ng/mL (nanograms per milliliter).
