This is EL COR DE LA CIUTAT. They speak the Catalan language. You can see them in Televisió de Catalunya Internacional.

Hi! "El cor de la ciutat" ("The Heart of the City") is a soap made in Barcelona about a working-class neighborhood of the city, and revolves around several different characters. It has been broadcast in Catalan since about 2001. Can you believe this is prime time?? (Comes on at 4'00 pm each day.) Good stuff.
