since you posted 2 motnhs ago im guessing the problem was resolved, but anyways it doesnt have to be you doing something wrong. He may not like leaving his stall to be ridden or takes to turnout, he may have had bad expieriences, or he could just have hat kind of personality. It could be your fault though, but i dont see many reasons how it could be your fault he does that when you walk in unless youv abused him.

gawddd sounds just like my horse he just get soo excited n just like gallops the hole fing n i cnt stop n sumtimes he just goes threw jumps but when he jumps he does it well hehe x

My horse goes phsyco when we do jumoing comps. He gets excited lol. My most recent jumping comp we where galloping the course, even though we rushed it, we managed a clear and a nice time lol. But we didnt place because before the last jump he got real excited and went cantering in the croud and I was to breathless to realise what was happening lol So we kinda' got penalised for that coz' we had to come right around and jump it again, he smashed into all these horses and I was just like wah?
