Belive or not this effect was invented by a Romanian Legend back in the 80's called Maricel Voinea!

In Romania It is called the "Voinea Effect".

This effect is mainly used by left wings because we all know that from the left wings position it is very difficult to score due to the tight angle! Actually it can be used by right wings too! Nowadays everyone can do that wid a lil practice and they think they r so great n shit!
