I am surprised that this video has so few views. That said, I tracked down the DVD of the ITV program. Made it to the 30 minute mark when I started weeping like a child. Powerful, real-life drama. I believe that those 96 could be considered deaths while in police custody. They were penned-in, refused exit by police, and died while under police supervision. My heart breaks.
