  • You have failed as a video editor when I notice your shoddy camera work more than the subject of the video.

  • Yeah I get the camera work isn't that good, but this is a really comprehensive review. And by my own searchings on YouTube, there aren't many Sprint ST reviews/tests by legitimate media publications. So stop complaining about someone's work. If you think this is bad, go check out anything by MCN (Motorcycle Consumer News) the British dudes are VERY questionable and a little biased.

  • Begining was crap, camera dodging about did nothing for the clip.

'Wrist started to ache after a couple hundred miles'?... no stop for fuel ?. bet his bladder was hurting more.

    Typical yank hype

  • Why does Triumph still use cable operated clutches on their bikes? Even the Thunderbird and the Rocket III use cables to operate the clutch. Hydraulics are so much smoother and easier to operate. That's my biggest peeve with Triumph.

  • @FatherTimeST1300 Totally agree - I switched to tiger 1050 this year after decades of jap bikes and could not beleive it had clutch cable! love the bike though and better built imo than jap stuff.

  • MARK J. ROBBINS,

Thanks for the reply. I've been considering the Triumph Tiger, Triumph Sprint ST and Honda Interceptor. Honda has screwed up the new Interceptor with that dual clutch bull shit so that leaves the Triumph bikes. The Sprint ST & GT are both really nice but the Tiger is so damn sexy except for the tall saddle height. I have til the end of the year to decide so we'll see.. ♥ Ride Safe, Mark !

  • @FatherTimeST1300 yeah tiger seat is pretty high that's why i got it - at 6 foot 3 inch most bikes are on the small side for me. my shortest friend is 5 ft 8 in & he is on his tip toes & won't ride it because he fears he may drop it at the traffic lights! they can easily be lowered at the back with an adaptor plate, and re-spring the front, but i think its best to get a bike that fits properly from stock. messing with ride height and suspension could alter handling. best of luck choosing

  • omg with the jerking around camera. you're going to give me epilepsy

  • omg with the jerking around camera. you're going to give me epilepsy

  • Who the fuck shot this and has anyone killed them yet? Horrible video! And the narrator... WTF!

  • Nice drab and monotone reporting. This sounds like something a high school media/journalism student put together. Watch Car and Driver TV and watch the camera work and listen to the reporter's tone inflection for what your audience is expecting out of a professional review.

  • For those who are wondering why the references to this bike as a 'trumpet' - apparently a lot of people refer to this bike that way. I've seen numerous references on the net. Maybe check that out before calling everyone names. Just a thought. Peace out guys - and ride safe.

  • WTF is a "Trumpet" motorcycle?? This is the worst "professional" video review I've ever seen. Shame on MotorcycleUSA. Where's that damned crowbar ........

  • Whoever narrated this needs to be beat with the same crowbar that the guy who filmed this does. He called it a trumpet at 0:36. Idiot

  • Boring reviewer, annoying camera work. Motorcyle USA at it's finest yet again! Nice bike though ;)

  • Is that Quentin Tarantino or a camera man from CSINY

  • A drunk monkey having sex would do better camera work than this.

And the "review" is completely generic - just a bunch of words that doesn't add up to anything.

Thank you so much for showing youtube how NOT to do a review.

  • WTF is wrong with this camera guy? was he drunk during this filming

  • Comment removed

  • Whoever shot this footage needs to be hit in the head with a crowbar. Repeatedly.

  • motorcycleUSA really makes one of the worst reviews ever. The reviewer makes ma want to go asleep, the camera angle gives me a headache, not only this review, but 90% of your reviews. Please: do SOMETHING about it!

  • Yes I agree. Its like they try to make them overly poetic using uncommonly long words and phrases that waste time in a review that could have given you more information about what we really want to know about the bike. Also, issues such as reliability and any problems with the bike in question are rarely reviewed.

  • Camera is way to shaky, it's not " Proffessional "

    But like the bike...

  • The 2001 Sprint ST was named top of its class in the field of Sports Touring bikes. I've owned a few bikes myself, but nothing comes close to the enjoyment I've gotten out of my Sprint ST.

    Plus: They look sexy.

  • Horrible camera work.

  • A good review was marred by frantic panning at the beginning of the video, which tended to make me feel dizzy and somewhat nauseous.

  • Sounded like the narrator had a sinus infection or had snorted too much coke.

  • i had to stop the video and look for another review - the camerawork bothered me that much. i just want to see the bike, not get seasick.

  • Get that poor cameraman some Parkinson meds already. Most eathquake videos shake less.

  • Camera work bad... bike AWESOME!

I have a 2001 Sprint ST and it has served me well. I like the rims better on my old ST but this is one sweet looking ride!

I'll never sell my 01' ST but I think there may be room for a 2nd for my garage in the future. :)

  • Camera man needs to die!

  • my next bike

  • It's almost identical to the vfr 800

  • Ahhhhhh - No. Much more power, better style, and about 15 more mpg. I have to admit Honda's build quality is second to none but I'm willing to trade that extreme high end build quality for the looks and performance the Sprint offers.

  • The narrator isn't half as bad as the obnoxious camera work. That was absolute crap at the beginning. Show us the bike, not all the shaking and twitching. That's not artsy, it's just crap.

  • wtf ... the cameraman has parkinsons... hold the camera steady so we can see the damn bike already.

  • Send me the bike and get a nap....

  • your video suck and your voice too

  • Hey, I have an order for a sucky narrator and horrible editing, who's going to sign for it?

    MotorcycleUSA did.

  • lame execution for a fantastic bike

  • man that is annoying

  • Wow, this is the worst video review I have seen on a motorcycle.

  • Good bike shame about the monotone boring narrator.

  • NARRATOR SUCKS ASS

  • Stopped watching at 30 seconds when the video made me nauseous. Just because you can do special effects in Adobe Premiere doesn't mean that you should.

  • get a cameraman who isn't tripping...
