I didn't get to mention in my earlier message that it has been 3 weeks and I can't get a response or a returned phone call. They never answer the phone. I'm going to start working on getting a refund. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE. This company is dishonest
These machines are made just 40 minutes from my house. It is an odd and curious (possibly illegal) operation. I too, have ordered a mill from them and it didn't work. I personally returned it to McCammon Idaho, and they wouldn't let me come to the "factory". I had to meet someone at the gas station to return it. They told me I would have a new one shipped in 2 days. customer service is horrific...don't waist your time. I'm sure they won't honor their warranty either
Mine just arrived TODAY!!! It cost $706.90 including shipping and a reverse switch. Mine is red, which matches my Blue Star Range. I chose the Retsel as it grinds nuts and corn as well as every imaginable grain. I can't wait to try it out but wanted to see a video of it in use so I could see what I should be looking for. OH, I ordered it the first of May, 2011 and it arrived Sept. 26, 2011 so just know that when you order one, you will get it when it gets to you .... hope u r not in a hurry
