ovl does not immediately restore you back up to full stats. when doing solo attempts for anything, you want to have the highest stats possible (125 for melee, for example) and brews bring it down. restores will quickly bring it back up instead of having to wait for the ovl to bring it back up.

@predatorz990 Lol? This video was sped up 3x. The entire video is 5 minutes. So in game the fight was 15 minutes. And you say you don't need 30 minutes to kill it. Well in the description it says he did approx. 1/3 of Nex's Hp. If he were to have a umlimited supply of supplies the fight would have taken him 45 minutes. Thats also not including Nex's stage where damage done is healed, Soul Split and Blood Barrage. L2scape idiot.
