I hope high intensity weight training or plyometrics are the core of your training. Most women make the mistake of doing nothing but cardio and maybe some light weights but that in the end will train your body for endurance and that means less muscle and more fat. Hi intensity training, like what an Olympic sprinter would do will give you the fastest results for fat loss and lean muscle gain(lean muscle provides firm shape) Still best wishes for the next year.
