For example, South Carolina's secondary was terrible, so teams that didn't pass as well didn't play as well against them. Also JesusWasASuperSaiyan don't count your chickens before they hatch. You have no clue whether or not these kids you've picked up will do well on the college level. Lots of highly recruited prospects have been duds.
The only reason lattimore got knocked out was because of his helmet. His helmet that season was not fitted properly and he had many incidents during the season where his helmet flew off. In the Florida St. game his helmet slid over and messed up his jaw. This all came from Spurrier himself. I don't understand why they didn't give him a new helmet though if this was happening earlier on? w/e its the past. But anyways just because you beat one team doesn't mean you might beat another.

@JesusWasASuperSaiyan We lost 2 of those games within the last minute and lost to VTech in a game I didn't feel we deserved to be in because we backed in and we had some serious injuries on our team. Starting QB's arm hasn't been right since the Samford game, two RB's injured late in the year (JThomas didn't come back until bowl game and Ty Jones limped for a couple TD's vs. VT). Everyone on our O-line and D-line had an injury, and this was our secondary's first season starting.

It takes into consideration YPP, field position, level of opposition, and much more. I do not know if any of them will make it in the NFL but Newton is better prepared than Tebow is at this point.

Unless Cam can manage 4 pass TD's and 3 rush TD's, I think statistically Tebow was measurably better, especially as a passer.

USC's last valid championship was 1978 and THAT along with the last before that (1974) were both UPI only and SPLIT. Oklahoma was the AP champ in 1974 and undefeated whils USC was 10-1-1. Nice. I'd say Okie earned that one too. In '78, Bama was the AP champ and split with USC (UPI champ). After that, it was USC in 2004 and LSU in 2003 BCS CHAMPS...so that's 1, not 3. Nice try skippy.

And I don't know why you're bringing Florida when we are at the bottom of the conference, along with rest of the SEC east. @TRAVISM3 During their Heisman years, Tebow had 600 more pass yards (he threw more than Cam), 4 more passing TD's than Cam, 3 more rushing TD's than Cam, but Cam has 500 more rush yards, and a higher passer rating, which I don't really understand because they threw the same amount of INT's (6) but Cam did it in 246 pass attempts and Tebow had 350. Unless Cam can manage 4 pass TD's and 3 rush TD's, I think statistically Tebow was measurably better, especially as a passer.

FYI, Tebow had a QB rating of 173 last year. He played the 4th toughest schedule in college football. Against Bama in the SEC CG, his QB rating was 191.11.

When I was YOUR AGE boy, I was off fighting in Iraq in the Marine Corps. I went to college after I got out of the Marines. Considering your lack of intelligence and the fact you're just one year from graduationg tells me two things: 1. While you're exaggerating, where the fuck do you see THREE National Titles for your coach? First of all, the TWO that are claimed are 2003 and 2004. You can give up on the 2003 - you didn't win a National Title...you were the AP #1 which is NOT the same...when USC and the Pac-10 voted against a playoff system, they signed the BCS agreement that states clearly the BCS champion IS THE CHAMPION...that year it was LSU, not USC....that would explain a delusional 2...where's 3???

USC's last valid championship was 1978 and THAT along with the last before that (1974) were both UPI only and SPLIT. Oklahoma was the AP champ in 1974 and undefeated whils USC was 10-1-1. Nice. I'd say Okie earned that one too. In '78, Bama was the AP champ and split with USC (UPI champ). After that, it was USC in 2004 and LSU in 2003 BCS CHAMPS...so that's 1, not 3. Nice try skippy.

As I told you in the email where you sent this exact information, all this does is prove how much overrated USC is and how pathetic their conference is since they dominate it every year. I see you evaded the fact that they only beat on average 4 teams with a WINNING RECORD each season and have 13 losses to teams without a winning record in the past decade (Florida has TWO). All of this is nonsensical trash. First of all, Pete Carol doesn't have 3 titles, he has ONE. I don't think he was coaching back in 1978 when USC last won before 2004 and for some reason you dumbasses keep wanting to count 2003 and the BCS NC game decides the champion...which was LSU that year. Bragging about Pac 10 championships is like bragging about a gold medal in the special olympics. Top rankings are from weak schedules (see pac 10). Those top RC's haven't gotten you an NC. Oops
