its a plug in its called riot gear if you want it you have to buy it and there are tutorials about this on videocopilot (dot) net

Personally, I'm piggybacking off VC Tutorials until I get the hang of after effects. I did one, but made it more simple and put a slightly different twist on it, but it's still easily recognisable from VC...
