But let's be honest we'll never rate them higher than what we dub the classics. I think with a lot of the people who say how their fav shows as kids are better than then current kid's shows, it's the nostalgia talking. And maybe their ego.

When you actually go and rewatch some of the old shows as adults you'll realize a lot of them are just as stupid and childish as the current ones they're being compared to.

Though I have to say there seems to be a depressing shortage of creative and original new cartoons atm like Dexter. I'm hoping it's just a phase.
