  • Looks like an awesome way to risk injuring your ankle/knee so you can't participate in whatever sport you are training for. The 'balance' you'd develop on this would only be useful for... doing lunge jumps on bosu balls. The motion in speed skating is nothing like standing on an uneven surface.

  • Balance? Balance is the base for ever exercise you, do plus it builds the core more.

  • Great for speed skating.

  • It's a good exercise I think, but I don't see the advantage of using exercise balls, unless you have some interest in balance.

  • I love this exercise. Really burn the quads up.
