  • I love you Natalie. You are my favorite Health reporter by all means.

Really miss you on Youtube...Where are you?

  • Acai...

  • Most large dogs at the age of 70 are arthritis, and look worn out, Colloidal Iridium and Ruthenium are super antioxidants, and fight free radicals to the point where it slows down the aging process, right at where you start taking the supplements. If I throw a stick or ball he still runs after it, while other dogs would just walk away.

  • My dog is a Large Half Chow Half German Shepard and he is 105 years old and still runs after rabits! His diet has been colloidal silver, trace gold mineras which fight arthritis, colloidal Iridium and Ruthenium... that fights cancer

  • @precicia so you mean your dog is 15 yrs old? I had a dog, a snauzer for over 15 yrs but he just ate alpo, lol

  • @kokonutbaby1 Yes, but he acts like he is 7! I bet your dog was falling apart at the age of 15 just with alpo, mine still runs after a ball, and still chases rabbits, I just have to do a video showing what great shape he is in! He has another 5 or 10 human years left!

  • @precicia Nope he was very active, ran around the block every chance he got and was playful..never had any arthritis or anything..just some dry skin problems & age moles in places but that couldve been from me grooming him too short in the summer. Loved his alpo and my ice cream, lol.

  • @kokonutbaby1 Well I am sorry you lost your loved doggie! My goal is to get my dogs life as healthy as possible, understanding what trace noble meta

ls can do is a big part of my life, its worked on my dog and family as well, antiaging is the key

  • Natalie is 46 years old, she was 43 in this video. Effects of antioxidants WIN

  • when they sell you things in a box i always wonder if it's true...maybe it is...but is is still in a box...makes it unreliable...

  • i think you're really nice

  • I completely agree with you. Antioxidants are very important that is why I use PROLEVA. It is a very powerful antioxidant supplement. I highly recommend PROLEVA. It boosts energy, defends against illness, and much more.

  • there is so much you can get from fruits and vegetables, more so in the seeds.

check out my fav videos . find out for yourself

  • how much antioxidants should we intake on a daily basis (in ORAC units)?

    Thanks

  • Good stuff

  • Thanks for this Natalie I gave it 5 stars. Antioxidants are really important. I'm glad you could tell me where I could find them. The rating system seems legit. It's a shame I hate artichokes and prunes hehe.

  • great information. Very useful. Didn't know the breakdown of antioxidants before this video

  • Very cool! I am trying to eat healthier and change my lifestyle so this is great info. I love bblueberries so I guess I'm in luck!

  • Very informative thank you! but i had one question if you could make a follow up video on how exactly do antioxidents help with cell repair.

  • I knew that antioxidants were important, but I had no idea there was a rating system for them. Very interesting information here.

  • i was unaware of a value rating system for antioxidants thats great i'm going to have to look into it more this video was very informative

  • Very informative. I had no idea that blueberries contained that many antioxidants.

  • Wow, this is really interesting! I'm going to have to stay away from corn and eat more artichokes and blueberries. Everyone is trying to stay healthy nowadays, it's good to know how!

  • Very useful information showed here thanks !

  • very informative. thank you

  • I think yhis is an excellent video that shows that not every food that is termed "good for you" is high in antioxidents. I will have to look into the ORAC rating to find the better foods.

  • I never knew that so many items could have antioxidents in them, I will definately start paying more attention to them

  • I am always amazed to learn the benifits of antioxidets. It is nice to know there is a natural alternative these days.

  • I didnt know anything about orac before, i guess its worth the free trial to learn more

  • Great info! I knew about "superfoods" but I never knew there was an actual antioxidant rating system. Thanks for this informative presentation.

  • Natalie breaks the figures right down, so its easy to understand what has the best antioxidant benefits in your diet. Excellent information to be aware of.

  • This is a good video as it tells us about the food that is harmful for health and in today's world health is a serious concern. Thanks for giving us good advice which will really be helpful to us.

  • Thanks a lot for the info. I always knew I needed to eat food with antioxidants but I never knew what the best foods to eat were.

  • I always knew antioxidants where good for you but I didn't realize how good for you they were. Thanks for the great information!!

  • I think I am going to check out the free trial. It sounds handy. I don't always eat right & the price of produce is very high.

  • The presenter is very convicing and obviously passionate about her topic. The information is well organized and factually stated. However, the use of more visual aids would be helpful.

  • This a very informational video, and it would be useful for people who are looking for this kind of information.

  • it might help if she could show what she is talking about like when she talked about a certain amount of artichokes-if she could have shown us that. sometimes it is easier to understand things when you see them rather than someone tell you.

  • i enjoyed the the video-very informative and presented well by the speaker. however it might help if she could show what she is talking about like when she talked about a certain amount of artichokes-if she could have shown us that. sometimes it is easier to understand things when you see them rather than someone tell you. but, all in all an interesting video

  • I need to get more antioxidants! I didnt know that they could prevent so many things!

  • we should eat healthy food. thanks for the video! it is very educational

  • Thanks for the video. I am glad to know all the great foods that are high in antioxidants. I would rather eat them then take the pills.

  • I agree! I am over wieght a bit and STRESSED out alot with 3 kids at home, I am just gonna eat the foods high in antioxidents and exersise, thats the best way for me, and its CHEAPER that way!

  • I hate when people try to market your health. Sure those dumb capsules have a high amount of antioxidants, but there's more to health than just popping pills. The purest and most delicious food is the most beneficial. I usually just stick to that.

  • your right... food is much better than the pills but the ive been taking this proleva stuff and i feel like i have more energy... plus its easy to take because i travel so much.

  • thanks natalie!your an angel
