I had a 401 in a 77 J10 4X4......rod was knocking,so I sold it to a guy who races AMX`s.......always wanted an AMX.....in my AM days,I had the J10, 79 Cherokee chief ,360, a cj7 6cyl......guy gave me a 304 with a factory 4bbl,.....and had another 360 from a Cherokee then a 79 CJ-5 with a 350sbc.......all gone.....not sure what the 304 4bbl came out of?
