  • HOW DID YOU GET IN THE COCKPIT?!

  • The good news is you have landed safely, the bad news is your in Jeddah even worse news if your a woman/christian/gay

  • kiss landing !!

  • Pilot nowadays just using the ILS (Instrument Landing System) by placing the correct frequency of the airport on the aircraft's system. That's because they had smoothed landing and landing at the middle of the runway, i done that thing on Flight Simulator, completely using ILS until touchdown then release the Autopilot about 50 meter before touch the ground :)

  • i think it touched the earth 5 mins and 4 secs :)

  • 1:00 LOOOOOOOOOL @air india 2337

  • Did you landed with autoland mode?? why?? lt looks like very good weather

  • the 777 is one of the most amazing and beautiful airliner after the 747

  • شلؤنَ سمحوآ لك . ؟

  • i want to go to saudi arabia god plzz help us

  • Was that autopilot or manually landing the plane? It didn't look like they were steering the plane using the control wheel in front of them.

  • its saudi airlines sv1057??

  • come on its air india 2337..:D

  • @swtudu If you heard Assamualaikum at 5:03, it means they are not Indian Airline pilot, ...Either they are Saudi pilot or Qatar pilot..Most probs they are Saudi pilot...Im a Muslim...So I know...

  • why is the conversation between the pilots and atc in arabic? it's meant to be all in english everywhere in the world.

  • @thomasowens1000 There is no rule that say you cant speak other then English In Aviation, If you fly to airports that only speak french, simply if you dont understand their langauge just dont enter their Airspace... Most of the Airports Nowadays speak english but its not a rule its just to make thing easier for Airlines to fly to

  • @pilotazzam Company procedures can be in any language within the flightdeck, but communications on radio must be in English: the International Civil Aviation Organisation decreed that from 1 January 2008 all Air Traffic Controllers and Flight Crew Members engaged in or in contact with international flights must be proficient in the English language.

  • amazing video..... always arab pilots are pro!!

  • this is cool men!! one day ill be in this:D

  • auto brakes RTO? on landing???

  • @s6xer yes I noticed that too, I am a Pilot on A320, we never use RTO on Landing only on takeoff, very weird, does anyone know why they are using RTO for autobrakes on landing, I am not familiar with the B777 procedures for the Autobrakes

  • @pilotazzam

    It's 2

  • My favorite triple seven!

  • very nice landing good work

  • I like it. how lucky you're the camera man. once I tried to get inside cockpit they told me No you might be terrorist :P

  • how much petrol is consumed and filled in an aeroplane? and what is the speed of plane during landing and taking off?

  • @khush295 varies from plane to plane, on average airlines do give or take 100 knots, roughly 200 km, for landing. Fuel: they carry enough to fly the destination plus reserve to execute a missed approach and to fly to some alternate airport and hold above it for 45 or so minutes, or to hold over destination airport. Fuel amount varies with aircraft type.

  • this is air india can you read air india 2337

  • yah it's saudi accent for sure it's saudi pilots :P:)

  • Damn nice video !! how did you manage to get and film inside the cockpit , is one of the pilots a close relative or something ?

  • A 16 Lights VASI configuration..... O.O The first one I see outside the theory

  • Welcome in Jeddah :D

  • can anyone tell me the moment of touchdown because it was so smooth and executed with such precision

  • @soquan -__- it was a rhetorical question

  • @Flightmode747 yes, It was a nice moment :)

  • why is Saudi airlines reluctant to hire saudi pilots?..i read about this in the Arab news..

  • @timecop73 There are more than 900 pilot does not work in Saudi Arabia and answer the company's pilots from abroad, and most pilots have excellent skills Did you know that in Saudi Arabia, some of the pilots employed taxi drivers

  • the camera man knows what his doing!! (:

  • nice one :)

  • i think that i've heard the ATC saying Qatari!!

is that onboard Qatar Airways ??

  • not many people will get to fly airplanes. the percentage of the significant population that do is quite low. 5 percent maybe

  • soo! do get paid like 200k annualy doing this????

  • @201andrew 145k My dad the pilot of fedex 777 and im the ground truck driver =D

  • what flight simulator is this????? SOOOOOOOOO realistic

  • @AndrewGreatrix It's called Real World V2.1

  • Final approach and the Autobrakes are still set to RTO? Hm....

  • @BrianSupreme Where does it say this?

at 3:06 you can clearly see that they're set to 2

  • @gammelpapst It clearly reads 2 on the display - you're right.

I was only looking at the knob (ca. 2:40) and it seemed to be set to "RTO"...

  • @BrianSupreme

What you've seen is just the light illuminating the knobs inscription near the RTO position. But as you look closly it has those yellow stripes all around this knob to indicate every position possible during night.

  • What a taxi this airport has for air craft.

  • Great landing. Scenery great too Thanks for upping.

  • god bless saudis aircraft

  • just wondering how did you get into the cockpit for landing?

  • Very fast taxiing, they must have been in a rush.

  • why dont saudi airlines have 777 saudi pilots?

  • @addis11100 These are Saudi pilots!

  • @soquan you are so lucky you got to sit in the cockpit. Was the flight good?

  • @ww2SovietRussians He is the REAL pilot or engineer but not a normal passenger...There are no such thing passenger can sit inside the cockpit...

  • @NissanSilvia89 hello i sat in the cokpit in the same place and i have proof....and there is such thing...

  • @abdulrahman871 Really ? In my life, i never heard or seen passenger entered the cockpit before..

  • @NissanSilvia89 well i think it depends on the pilots...if they are nice...they will allow u if they r so strict they wont...

  • @abdulrahman871 So are you a pilot ? Where are you from ?

  • @soquan no no my friend ! we can clearly hear AIR INDIA 2337 !!!

  • @addis11100 This business is way more international than you think! (even though they are Saudi-Arabian)

  • @addis11100 SAUDI PILOTS ! Actually why do they hire saudi nationals only ! lol

  • @addis11100 lol....you are an idiot dude...

  • i like three planes the most and love all the other except a380 it is very bad looking .the three planes are 787 747 777

  • Beautiful plane and a beautiful thing ---> aviation.

  • why did you go toward rwy 34L? why the captain doesn't stop at the parking in one of those approns?

  • Beautiful landing!

  • are you a airliner pilot? Do you know what percent of eligible applicants become pilots?

  • I was SOOOO meant to do that for a living. Eyes wouldn't cooperate.

  • That cockpit is just beautiful. I dream of one day becoming a pilot. I am 14.

  • great landing I am also a pilot

  • very nice video

  • cool video

  • how do you know where to park your plane?? do they have voice guidance or its loaded in the computer! how does it work?

  • how do you know where to park your plane?? do they have voice guidence or its loaded in the computer! how does it work?

  • autoland?

  • number one simulator, where can i get this, is it avail at jeddah. nice work..

  • @kiprajodfan U think this is a simulator?

  • At 7:42 is it Air India Airbus-330??..By the way great video...

  • lolll selamun alaikum

  • 777 it's ok....but.....767 FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • razanet 16 .Usually each runway has its won Localizer Frequency

  • how did they give you permission to enter the cockpit??

  • @barcacrazy99 I thought that in Europe even the cabin crew, even the cabin manager, cannot enter the flight deck, even in flight...? is this different outside of Europe...? what about flying jumpseat...?

  • @dublinmanc you can fly at the flight deck if you are a pilot, but some pilots not even allow with this, but others allow you even if you arent a pilot, but you have more chances if you are a pilot.

  • nostalgic :(

  • how do pilot know from the ILS meter that where runway is can any one tell me...

  • @razanet16 Runway 34...Mh 340 did u get? There is also the glide slope, the localizer that helps the pilots finding the rwy in a very precision way!

  • @razanet16 the pilots first tune in to the ILS frequency of that runway provided in the charts. Then the Primary Flight Display will show the ILS code together with the frequency. They can double confirm it by listening to the morse code. When all these conditions match, the pilots will know they are tune into the right ILS frequency

  • lol now im home sick

    great vid thought

    thanx for sharing :)

  • I love it

  • Excellent video.

  • Nice !!

  • can someone explain how the plane can basically land itself? I am confused.

  • An system called ILS. Instrument Landing System. First pilots do their flight plan. That flight plan contains VORs (Very-High Omnidirectional Range), Jetways, and Airways. The pilot programs those VORs, Jet ways and airways into their FMC, Flight Management Computer. The aircraft will go to the first Waypoint (VOR), then to the second, and so on until they reach the airport. They will then tune the ILS frequency and the airplane will track that frequency. VOR's are just like highways in the sky.

  • Rwy 34L? R? or C?

  • Rwy 34C

  • nice, I play FS9 and try to imitate Hajj flight from Soekarno-Hatta to King Abdul Aziz, It has three runways, cool..

  • parleled

  • which airline ?

  • @abbmohpilot Saudia

  • @SWA1218 can they use jetways only to fly?

  • @SWA1218 or GPS Direct which is most common these days . VOR is still used with GPS for some parts of a flight .

  • @the1thehman the airliners NEVER fly direct to an airport, the use routes with airways and waypoints, SID's, STAR's

  • @SWA1218 U got it wrong. VOR is a radio navigation aid not a highway

  • @SWA1218 Just for clarity and completeness - VOR = VHF Omnidirectional Ranging - or Very-High-Frequency Omnidirectional Ranging. Also Waypoints are not possible to define using one VOR station. You must either have two stations with intersecting radials or some other precise point defined by other navigation aids. Of course GPS is the most accurate way to identify waypoints these days.

    Clear skies and happy flying...

    Al

  • @Tampasalice. You have an attitude. You must be American, right?

  • @0m1nous. Are you Tampalice? Where did you pop out from. What shit are you talking about. Let me guess, you must be another patriotic, gullible American, right?

As for wishing that I was European, nothing can be more further from the truth, asshole!! I'm an African and Proud about it!!

  • AAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHH!!! i love it!! i'm going home to Jeddah in a few weeks insha Allah (masha Allahu la quatta illa billa), and i cannot WAIT to be seeing that view myself!! :D :D

  • I totally agree with you.

  • Actually a cat iii autoland is recommended in the T7 airline SOP for passenger comfort during odd hours of the night and early morning for these pilots.

  • nice!

  • loooooooool

  • sweet landing

  • I thought B777 were equipped with fly by wire.

  • it is, but if by fly by wire you mean a joystick, you are wrong, fly by wire is a sistem in wich ironically you dont fly by wires but with a computer.

    Google it!!!!!

  • Oh, thanks!

  • Comment removed

  • garlex134, actually fly by wire is a term used to describe the next generation of aircraft in which there is no conventional screw and jacks, and all hydraulic systems are gone. Instead, when you move the yoke it sends a message to a computer and the computer electronically through wires moves an electric servo or ram to move any flight control system. A computer and "wires" now replaces the old mechanical systems in jets of old.

  • Ahh, thankyou, I htought that fly by wire needed a joystick rather than a yoke but nvm now.lolz.

  • Very nice i liked the video it's pretty amazing the Saudi pilots made a great landing , again thank you very much we want more of these magnificent videos :)

  • Nice video, how fast was the landing speed?

  • Bravo!

  • Very good video! But from which company is that Boeing777 ??

  • Saudia

  • man this is air india at 56th second he is stating that

  • such a great video, enjoyed watching it very much

  • EXCELLENT WORK! GREAT VIDEO!!!

I fly the Jeddah-Riyadh route often on the 777 and always wanted to get in the cockpit! I can only do that in FSX so far :-)

    Thanks for posting!

  • 777-200 is my favorite plane !

    thanx for this good video.

  • ماشاء الله تبارك الله

ربي يحفظك ياطويل العمر على الفديو المميز

  • I used to have FS 2004 and i must say the cockpit of the 777 is identical to the game. I believe the 777 has the most beautiful cockpit of all commercial airliners. Great Ergonomics.

  • @sakusia totally agreed sir, which one do u use? PSS?

  • In real life they have the TCAS system telling other aircraft's presence and location. Too bad FSX doesn't have that feature!

  • @dpurdue yes dude,we have that in our FS.... :P

  • @sakusia Becuz 777 is made with CATIA...

  • reminds me of the countless number of flights to and from King Abdulaziz Intn'l throughout the 1980's. Miss Jeddah and that airport:( .The Tristar was my favorite Saudia aircraft . Are the lift lounges still used?

  • Nice video and a smooth landing. Conversation at the ends seems as though the tower does not understand what another pilot is confirming !!

  • I really enjoyed this vid, thanx!

  • ياسلام
