@URMUSICISGAY Higher ups meaning all officers, yes. They saluted him at the moment he was withing speaking distance, but after that they can carry on a conversation as if he were not the commandant. However, they'll stand at parade rest whenever he is speaking to them, as a sign of respect, but yes, a salute would have happened, unless you are in the field or inside a bulding.
he has to many ribons and medals to put on, he picks the one with the most relavance to were he is going lol, it would be such an honar to shake the hand of a 4 star general
They dont even need police ober there, a single marine could take 4 fully armed tangos without a rifle. Im going to st louis for marine week, its awesome
yo this is THEE best commandant ever... he authorized drinking for marines on my MEU deployment in 07 who where under 21. All because a fellow marine of mine asked why are we put in harms way in sum countries, but pull into ports of other countries and cant even enjoy a cold beer. So he changed it there and then. This man rocks. semper civi lol :)
