The affidavid she talks about that was noterised by Baez looks as though he may have signed it too. We've all seen her signature on those cheques and this imo was definitely not signed by her. Photos of the cheques and the affidavid are in the public domain for anyone wanting to have a looksee..
Casey has ''arrested development'' in my opinion and functions at the level of a 13 yr. old. Her public behavior is always inappropriate for the situation. Not that it is an excuse for murder, but it explains some of her odd behaviors. No normal mom in her twenties writes her name, changed to her bf's surname as if married, surrounded by hearts on note book paper. That's only one example of her immaturity, but yeah she's not functioning on the same level as other women her age.
How disrespectful of Casey to giggle IN COURT like a little school girl! Does she not see the severity or the seriousness of this AT ALL? Yes, people laugh, yes people giggle, but in my opinion they certainty do not do that in court for murdering your child.
