  • Why do you do permanent tension? what is that good for and whats the difference to doing it, fully extending your arms?

  • heavy weight you should not lock out your elbows. not to mention you keep constant tension on the chest and you can also keep your scapula tucked nicely and focus on the pecs more. there are many many different ways to lift and many different tempos to keep while lifting. each focusing on a different aspect.

  • When I first started pressing for my chest I couldn`t feel a damn thing and then I started to lift using my chest instead of my arms. With each press up I crunched up my pec muscles really hard and kept it going up and down and keeping a slight tension and noticed my chest improved. I just can`t do those dips!!
