Trident gum gives me headaches 100% of the time. I do believe it is the ASPARTAME! I say this because Trident gum used to have a Xylitol sweetened him that I chewed all the time (I really like gum) and not once did it give me a headache and it tastes the exact same to me. But as of late I cannot find any Xylitol sweetened chewing gum in the US. Only in Korea. FDA is trying to kill us...
Methanol is produced in small amounts by the metabolism of many foods. tomato juice produces 6 times as much methanol as diet soda. please stop the scare tactics.
