FYI, the first song is a Galpu song as in what Djalu and other members of his family might play, the second tune played by Tom Dhakaliny is a Gupapuyngu song... you might recognise it as being very similar to what I've recorded David Dharrapuy playing! Does that answer your question?

Depends on who you ask... some Yolngu might say yes, others no. But Elcho Island is part of the Yolngu cultural bloc, Groote Eylandt is not.
