19psi on stock fuel system equals fail, you time is ok but you timing is being pulled in first and probably second and third, at 19psi you should be in the 12s with a evo 3 16g.
@flamingaxe791 What are you talking about? I think you meant to reply to a different video. No where in this video or description does it mention what boost he's running. However, it does mention that it's on a stock turbo, not a 16G, and NO tune.
I ran a 13.4 at 100mph with 1.84 60 ft with a bone stock car except exhaust and manual boost control. @ 19psi. No fuel cut either :) no mods to fuel system or computer. Since then I have gotten quite a few mods tho. Not playing around with 13 sec passes anymore :)
