Classic. I remeber thinking when I was younger that these went on for a fair old while, if you'd have asked me then I would have said that these episodes went on for at least as long as tailspin or resue rangers, or dangermouse (to make a better comparison) but actually they go on for less than 5 mins! Its brilliant that something like this was obviously aimed at young children back then...and what have they got today?

that thing creeped me out!!!

the animators of this show had a nifty talent to creating scary monsters that weren't so bad they gave you nightmares, but still managed to scare you a bit. the animation was awesome in general too.

this was one of my favourite cartoons as a kid I think if I was a kid now I would think nowadays cartoons are not as good as they were in the 80s and maybe the early 9os interestingly I didn't like count duckula

Funny you should say that because this was creator Nick Parks animation part because he did some animation on this show. Interesting isn't it?

Your thinking of Steve Box, he made the noises for Drutt, helps with some of the stuff and went on to work for Aardman famously animating Feathers McGraw in the wrong trousers and co directing curse of the wererabbit.
