Last time I checked, jobs were created when an entrepreneur does what's necessary to start a business, grows said business, and is able to hire more people to fill job demand. If the government is creating jobs, that means the jobs are contributing to a larger government. The American government was designed to be small, and have the people (Like the ones I mentioned above) run the country on a work level. And Perry isn't even the candidate I'm most interested in!

As far as Perry, he didn't create any new jobs. He just moved jobs from one state to Texas. That won't change the number of unemployed in the country. If he is President, he won't change that.
