yea, diet is 80% of your physical result. Cut out saturated fats, low dairy if you find yourself getting bloated easily, lean meats, high protein, low carbs. You don't need to be working out your abs 5x a week. Once is enough or 2x max. Also I recommend doing other exercises that involve contortions in your mid section.

baha, i just cut out what i don't need to eat as i used to eat junk food when i was bored. i've already lost 3 in about 1 week from doing that, so pair that with upto 50 sit ups a night and i'll be getting toned in no time.

taylor is gojy... but anyway... i do karate for 3 hours per week... and it is hard work...but it keeps me slim and also even though i'm a girl i have pretty toned muscles aswell... i have a pretty stocky build for a girl but the harder i work out the better i look... muscle is wayy better than fat anyday...and i dont mind knowing that i can defend myslef if ever i needed to lol

Ya I have a realy good but realy hard work out crossfit my mom just opened up a crossfit gym and it's hard work but it realy pays off in the end.
