  • Pretty amazing. It may not take too long before Japan takes a lead in military aviation.

No wonder US didn't want to allow them to design and produce their own for a long time since the end of WWII.

  • Thanks for your comment. The new Japanese transport aircraft Kawasaki XC-2 is tested now and is going to replace C-1 in this video.

  • @allgoo19 In reality, you don't see transports bank like that, ever. As realistic as AECA/Aerodancing 4 is, it's still pretty inaccurate. The C-17 has about the same Take off roll as the C-1, and is much bigger. And the IL-76 a better alternative from a financial standpoint. Most Japanese designs are little more than just localizations of existing American airframes, such as the F-16 derivative, the Mitsubishi F-2.

  • @AmericanAviator

"In reality, you don't see .."

You are pretty narrow minded. Give it a time.

You are like saying Chinese imports are cheaply made now, so they'll be cheap forever. Remember, they used to say the same thing about Japanese imports?

Japanese proved they could do it some 60yrs ago with zero fighters. And who makes better cars now?

And how many years since the (airplane production)ban had been lifted?

  • @allgoo19

I *AM* a pilot. You *DON'T* roll an aircraft that big. Period. The A6M5 was also outclassed severely towards the end of the war by the F-4U Corsair. Vehemently outlcassed. It's a moot point. And the making of better cars is also a non sequitur; these are entirely different industries. And, that had more to do with GM's incompetence more than anything else.

  • @AmericanAviator

    "I *AM* a pilot. You *DON'T* roll .."

You don't seem to understand the intention of my original comment.

I was not talking about the capability of each airplane, I was talking about the future of Japanese airplane production. Is that hard for you to understnad or just trying to change the point and pretend not knowing it?

  • @allgoo19 Yeah, the future that's subsidized by Lockheed-Martin and Boeing, possibly Airbus in the future as well. Not even counting Nanchang and Chengdu. Furthermore, you were the one that went off on the non-sequitur about the A6M.

  • @AmericanAviator

    "Yeah, the future that's .."

This makes any point at all.

And what your point if not "America is the only country produce the best of everything."? And that Japanese will NEVER produce anything superior to American made products?

    Please make your point briefly.

About Zero, I was trying to show the ability to make better products, not comparing one model to another. You seem to have difficulty understanding?

  • @allgoo19 You project awful hard. Really hard. I never once said anything about the US. You also glanced over where I cited European and Chinese as well. This leads me to believe you're a text book weeaboo. I could also bring up the Sukhoi and RSK plants. And of course you have to compare it to another model, otherwise you haven't any frame of reference. Or is this a concept you can't grasp? If you're going to make a statement about a subject you don't understand, be prepared, weeaboo.

  • @AmericanAviator

    "You project awful hard. .."

And what your point if not "America is the only country produce the best of everything."?

    Please answer.

  • @AmericanAviator

    "Soon-to-be pilot"

Oh I get it! This is your point. You just wanted to brag about it? "I'm a pilot, I can fly a cesna!!"? ^_^

Be honest, what was your point? " Is it like, "Japanese wil NEVER design and build a better airplane than US companies do"?

I haven't heard a word of truth. Where is it?

  • @allgoo19 I can fly more than a Cessna, fyi. Even if I wasn't endorsed for high performance and complex, It's still more than you.

I've been expressing my point, you're just refusing to read it. All you can do is set up strawmen. It's like you're a Creationist. I commented on the nature of superior transport craft to the Kawasaki C-1 and mention two craft that do a better job. And, that made you butthurt.

So, run along back to your animus, wapanese.

  • @AmericanAviator

    "I've been expressing my point.."

    Really?

Repeat it if you think I missed it.

There are only 5 comments made by you before this. I read them all and I couldn't find it.

  • @allgoo19 And since you want to pick out profile quips

    "Hometown:

    Konoha village"

    lol.

    "Schools:

    Ninja academy, group seven"

I'm sure your job opportunities are through the roof. Must look good on a resume.

And really? Naruto? There's way better stuff out there, you sad rittle ronery man.

  • @UprisingOfTheMolemen

"Oh look a wapanese faggot talking out of his ass. Why am I not surprised?.."

    And what is your point?

Are you here to show off how stupid you are? ^_^

  • @AmericanAviator

    localizations?

There was not the technology with main wing and body 1 as structure in then U.S.A.

  • nice plane but can it land on a carrier? :o

  • This Japanese transport aircraft Kawasaki C-1 isn't designed to land on a carrier. If it tried, it could land successfully.
