you need the studio instrumental and it has to be in stereo. You also need the actual studio song. then you put them both together and invert the instrumental. usually the acapella is in mono, so once you invert the instrumental you can filter it out to leave just the vocals

you need the instrumental, and the studio version, and then its about inverting. the instrumental is in stereo and the vocals arent. get rid of the stereo and the vocals is all thats left. thats how you get a crisp acapella this is a filtered acapella
