also if your umbreon is really slow you can teach him payback and not dark pulse or you can give him a quick claw

best attacks for a 100lv. umbreon are:1 dark pulse:it can't be a dark pokemon withought a strong dark move2 psychic :it has a great defense and special defense so the only thing that needs is an attack that is strong against it's weaknesses 3 return of course:to evolve an eevee to an umbreon it must love you completely,so if you evolved it all by yourself then that attack will be really strong if you teach it to him/her 4 moonlight:it can cure umbreon PS you can use pp ups to raise the attacksPP
