Free-styling is literally dancing on the spot, making it up as you go along.  A lot of dancers, especially break dancers,

use it during a dance battle. It's just what ever comes to your mind at the time really :)

hmmm try moving with the music it would look alot better it looked as if you were dancing to another track and were compleatly out of sync with the music on this.when doing a vid try doing a little warm up first to get your body moving right before turning the cam on the first half looked really bad!there was some good stuff in there tho about 1.08mins in till about 1.20 but the rest needs alot of work you dont flow when you dance it just didnt look natural or good sorry bud
