Their lyrics do not preach to a unique religion, they preach to the human faith and values that are hard to embrace nowadays, that's why they never referred to themselves as Christian Rock/Metal.

@MErickson11 There are very ancient copies and translations of the books that make up the modern bible, and many of these copies were found later. There might be a word off here and there but It hasn't been changed, Many interpretations and translations, but no evidence of an evolving bible.

@rseagles14 They just finished up their latest tour around the end of 2010. From what I've heard, they're sitting down and starting material for a new album. No dates or anything yet. They've mentioned starting, but they havent officially stated anything about a new record, but if they stick to the way they've been in the past, we can probably expect some news about it by the end of the year. They're probably gonna release a new album before they start touring again.

If you think the bands christian and that's what you take away from there music then it is what it is. Every person interprets music in there own way.

I think Jesse already pointed this out in his Killswitch Engage era: He's not just making christian music for christians.

I have yet to find a bad song from these guys...I don't like the screaming so much, but the singer is increadible, as is the guitarist. And every song has a meaning too. It's increadible.

This is talent, and made by people who appreciate and actually WORK at the craft of songwriting, and music. @rseagles14 Never heard that before. The official statement was that Howard dropped out of touring because of backpain, but rumors were spreading that he was seeing a pornstar and got her pregnant. They interviewed her, and she's definitely pregnant, but I'm not sure if its actually Howards kid or what. That's all I know.

@rseagles14 Actually, Adam is suprisingly. He's been pretty open about it. Every member of Killswitch with the exception of Tom Gomes and Justin have said they're Christians. Like the other guy said, as far as how close they are, Jesse is the most devoted, and Adam sorta is too. The rest say they are but don't really show it much.

No capes or blow up sex dolls for Times of Grace. Jesse is awesome but sometimes hes too serious, and sometimes hes a goof just like Adam.

Though the christian background is quite obvious in most of Jesse's lyrics, it's great that they are ambiguous and yet still deep enough to interpret them from a secular or (in my case) atheistic point of view.
I think Jesse already pointed this out in his Killswitch Engage era: He's not just making christian music for christians.
And that's fine. Since we all share responsibility of this world .. "No matter race, or creed, or gender ..."!!

I mean, I guess maybe the guitar is similar considering Adam has produced for them in the past. But if that's what you hear, I guess that's fine.

best song off the album... +1. This, IMO, is what music is supposed to be.. epic, powerful, moving, and beautiful. This is talent, and made by people who appreciate and actually WORK at the craft of songwriting, and music. It's such a shame that music like this gets buried and outshined under the mindless corporate crap like Justin faggot Bieber, and basically all of today's pop-r&b-rap-it-all-sounds-the-same-club-music-with-brainless-lyrics-and-synthesized-"instruments". Fuck that trend.
