@MeadowPercent There were attacks called Omega, Beta and Gamma in Earthbound. But it looks like this is just a high-level attack without a name i.e. it's not PK Omega, it's PK ___ Omega.

As for the "Lotus Root" enemy, I'm guessing that the Lotus Roots would have to be battled in the mole cricket tunnel instead of having the mole crickets eat them.
The unworked clay was probably something found in those clayman factory - probably an enemy you'd find near the begining, where they make claymen - maybe on that convaytor belt?
The pump drago was probably found in the chimera lab, maybe originally intended to be a regular enemy, or that frozen drago, rejuvenated and gone berserk. My guess is he was originally going to come to life, attack you, and take the role of the almost mecha lion.
The three amigos were undoubtedly a fight with those roulette dudes in New Pork City - them dropping Pork Chips further moves it forward - they're met in New Pork City, the pork capital.

The pick was probably something the gently weeping guitar called in for assistance, I'd guess a weak enemy that radically boosted the guitar's power.

There's a good chance that the enemy wasn't really Duster, since most of the unused enemies just have random filler names. Theortically, though, Duster may have been planned to fight Salsa and Fassad during Chapter 3.
Well, it's easy to guess where Keyboard, Statue Head and Firefly Swarm would have been used.

The firefly swarm was probably what Lighter originally fought in chapter 1, instead of the three firelies. They'd spawn the 'flame 1.'
I'd bet 'Duster' would be Lucky - you'd fight him to earn his trust after the stone sheet clippers game.
No idea for the flag or flame three. (flame three might just be a third flame - like flame 1)

The sea urchin, without a doubt, was another enemy intended for the underwater portion of the game.
Rope ladder...no idea.
The lotus root was probably that would appear either in Tanetane island's jungle, or the sunshine forest, before the pigmask takeover.
Flame 1...either an enemy in the volcano, or an enemy spawned by the fireflies in chapter one, the original idea for the flame breath.
