Da liegst du falsch. Es klingt vielleicht ähnlich wie eines aus Amelie - aber das Stück wurde definitiv von Friedrich und Pobot komponiert und heisst HOME. Das Stück gibts sogar auf CD mit dem Verweis "aus der Ikea-Werbung"

Also das nächste mal vorher recherchieren!

Dont understand why this music is called "Home" or "Zuhause" - has anybody compared it with the Song "Summer 78 (instrumentmal)" from the Soundtrack of "Good bye Lenin!"?!

It is (as often guessed here) from Yann Tiersen. I am not a musican, but imho this is absoulute the same melody.

And now i know why i want to study that.

The music, the pictures and, the colours are just so harmonic. I think it's one of the best commercials i've ever seen.

Ps: "Mein Zuhause" isn't yann tiersen, but you're right, it sounds quite similar!!

wer erinnert sich!? da gabs mal vor einigen jahren eine ikea-werbung mit so einem kleinen...gangster-kind... der sprach so total auf "cool", leicht im slang... und hat erzählt, wer jetzt einkaufen geht bei ikea bekommt 100 euro geschenkt oder so... und dann hat er erzählt 100 euro, das sind ..."so und so viele lampen....bla bla..oder was anderes" ;) gibts die werbung hier irgendwo? weiß nicht wonach ich noch suchen soll - bisher leider ohne erfolg!

Well, you know today's music industry. Who bothers to actually compose something themselves anymore if it's way easier just to change one or two chords and maybe the speed of an existing composition and have done with it. I keep recognizing melodies of allegedly "new" songs more and more often these days...

Completely true what you're saying, but I think the roots lie somewhere else. Our musical system is restricted to a certain range of melodies, and there are again only a few which sound good to human beings. Also, people tend to use song structures they know, thus making songs sound similar. It's just the way it has to be, when 1000s of songs are recorded everyday - in a way it has to repeat.

Of course it has to repeat in a way everybody understands that, but one could at least say, that they remixed something that already existed...
