The episode is the one where .. *SPOILER*.... Alec (Jensen Ackles) went undercover for Manticore (flashbacks) - and he ended up falling in love with the young girl in the house, and caused her death, when she ran to her father, where Alec had planted the bomb. This scene is where he visits her and she is in a coma, and about to be turned off on the life machine. =]
