Actually, since many of the cast are in their mid to late thirties and that quite a few have expressed their fear of height, wouldn't this show be extremely physically taxing? It's not like all the filming can be done in 1-2 hours or that it can be film at "regular" hours (crowd).

You also have to take into consideration that you have to do everything the production team asks for most of the time and have to remain entertaining for the audience to watch.

i swear... the running man cast members are living the life - they get to visit some of korea's greatest and most awesome places and run around and play games throughout the entire place! so basically, wherever they go becomes a huge hide and seek arena which i think is SO AWESOME. i want their jobs lol.
