that's just a sea turtle laying eggs...the big Galapagos turtles can't swim. Everything native to the Galapagos seems to be over-sized, right down to the iguanas if you look into it. Turtles were actually taken by ships off the Galapagos as food when they were at sea for hundreds for hundreds of years.
