You people are wonderful human beings. On the first day of this semester, one of my professors asked each of the students about our career aspirations. I said that I want to be an attorney and work with the Innocence Project to exonerate innocent people, especially those on death row. The Innocence Project is doing more to restore the integrity of the American criminal justice system than any other person or organization in the country. You all are my inspiration to do good in the world.
I had asked what happens when the commonwealth does not ans. to a motion by the appointed deadline? The motion concern had a response deadline of Aug 20th...it is now 25 days past due. Thank you

Vanessa, thank you responding so soon...the jurisdiction and court is Larue County Ky.
Appreciate your help. Dept. of Advocacy has my sons case, but has not heard back from the commonwealth of Ky. .
