I was lucky to meet a nice lady that showed me around for a few days during my first trip to Thailand. I loved Nong Nooch then, and have been back twice. Some really nice places to roam around and relax. See the elephant show and the cultural show for some variety. Consider staying in one of the hotel rooms for a night. Peace and quiet close to Pattaya. Do NOT take the 1/2 day tour from Pattaya. That is convenient, but does not give you time to see every thing. Take whole day.
Been many times to this beautiful place, it really is worth seeing. Looks like every bush/plant has been manicured with nail scissors. Allow a full day and bear in mind it closes at 5.30. Farangs (us foreigners ) pay more to go in than local Thais.
